TMedCare Return Policy

At TMedCare, we are committed to providing high-quality medical products and an exceptional procurement experience. Our return policy ensures transparency, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receipt

  • The item was not custom-made, sterile, or otherwise marked as non-returnable due to hygiene or medical compliance

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and regulatory guidelines, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g. gloves, masks, syringes)

  • Products marked as sterile, perishable, or temperature-sensitive

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Return Process

  1. Email our support team at returns@tmedcare.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for approval and receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Ship the product back using tracked delivery, clearly labeling the RAN on the package.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or issue a refund, including shipping costs.
